What to Expect When Visiting
Where and when does the church meet?
Our church address is 2512 North Druid Hills Rd, Atlanta, GA 30329. There are several entrances you can use. The three red doors halfway up the hill take you directly into the foyer area. If you pull around back (where there's more parking) the carport entrance is the best one to use. Our team will direct you to where you need to go. The Worship service begins at 11am and lasts roughly an hour.
What should I expect from your services?
You will find a multi-racial group of Christians casually dressed (although some dress formally such as in a coat and tie), a mixture of contemporary songs and traditional hymns, passion for engaging the Word of God, a time of prayer, and spontaneous fellowship before and after the service. Children up to age 10 are dismissed for children's church just before the sermon. While there are many solid church options, we believe we offer a special confluence of international flavor, house church level of intimacy, and commitment to growing in Christ in the metro Atlanta area.
What are the sermons like?
The form of the sermon is shaped by our fundamental belief that the Bible is the Word of God. You will learn more about the Scriptures and their enduring message in our sermons than in the average church. The sermons engage the crucial background for understanding the Scripture in its place and time as well as its relevance for us today. You are guaranteed to be equipped for reading the Bible with deeper appreciation and understanding after each sermon. We believe what we read in 2 Timothy 6:16-17 that "All scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work."
